Dr. Metsada Pasmanik-Chor has a Ph.D. in Neuroendocrinology, which she received in 1987 from the Biology Department at Boston University. Her thesis title was: “Androgen Metabolism and Mechanism of Action in the Goldfish Brain”. At present, she is coordinating and performing Bioinformatics consultations, workshops and teaching at the Bioinformatics Unit at TAU. Her work consists of scientific consultations with researchers and students from biology and medical laboratories, including those from nearby hospitals, Exact Sciences and private Biotechnology companies, across a wide spectrum of Bioinformatics subjects.
