Russia-Ukraine Simulation

On 29.03.2022 the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center hosted a Russia-Ukraine War Game which was co-organized by SIMLAB – a multi–player war games laboratory at the Yuval Ne'eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security, incorporating government policy, diplomacy, security and international relations. It included a variety of cyber components of the conflict. Many distinguished scholars and former governmental officials took part in this game of decision-making. It was lead by a scenario created by Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Prof. Isaac Ben-Israel, director of ICRC and the Yuval Ne'eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security and Dr. Haim Assa, Head of SIMLAB. The emphasis of the game was to combine the military, economic, policy and cyber aspects of the war.
