About Us

Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC) at Tel Aviv University supports scientific research on the information age, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. Led by Prof. Maj.-Gen. (ret.) Isaac Ben-Israel, ICRC operates a research fund that competitively awards fundamental and applied research grants with tangible impact, and convenes the global cyber community.

RESEARCH


The Center funds research on the information age, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. It has awarded tens of millions of dollars. A competitive grants program supports fundamental and applied work across cybersecurity, AI, and digital trust. The Center conducts commissioned research with industry, universities, and institutions on joint projects and capacity building.

Graduate researchers build careers through Center-funded work in cybersecurity and digital trust. For senior executives, the Center runs Effective Cybersecurity, executive education on site, online, or both.

FLAGSHIP WEEKS


Cyber Week, AI Week, and DefenseTech Week are annual international events hosted at Tel Aviv University in Israel. They gather experts, industry leaders, startups, investors, academics, diplomats, and government officials.
