About Us
Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC) at Tel Aviv University supports scientific research on the information age, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. Led by Prof. Maj.-Gen. (ret.) Isaac Ben-Israel, ICRC operates a research fund that competitively awards fundamental and applied research grants with tangible impact, and convenes the global cyber community.

A competitive grants program supports fundamental and applied work across cybersecurity, AI, and digital trust. The Center conducts commissioned research with industry, universities, and institutions on joint projects and capacity building.
